A neglected room created from a dark and depressing garage conversion is transformed into a warm and inviting dining room. We removed the gas powered space heater from the faux fireplace, which we re-envisioned as a wine bar. We added central A/C to the entire house allowing us to ditch the window unit. We eliminated two sets of space-wasting bi-fold doors, creating a more seamless and entertaining-friendly environment. We subtracted tacky paneling and added new window treatments and a chandelier. Soothing tones in new paint and new carpet made this the buyer's favorite room in the house.
