Almost immediately after purchase,
mold was discovered in this 1976 ranch style stone home.
Remediation resulted in almost complete gutting. But from the
ashes rose a Texas-tinged living area bathed in warm, gold
tones, rustic leathers, and engaging accents. Where once
existed fake wood flooring, filthy carpet, peel and stick
squares all on top of 30 year old linoleum, now lies neutral
ceramic tile. After the walls, ceilings, windows, doors, central
A/C were completely replaced, we selected just the right
combination of colors for walls, trim, built-ins and beams.
Meaningful items, along with the homeowner's sense of humor,
were incorporated with both new and vintage pieces to finish out
this example of modern ranch chic.
