WORK IN PROGRESS - The exterior of this house did not fit the neighborhood nor did it reflect what beauty lay within. We removed forest green vinyl shutters and dilapidated tool shed. After creating a nature-inspired color palette, we created a stone sidewalk, flower bed wall, and back patio all from rock found on the property.  We built a fence and coordinating shutters and landscaped the whole thing in shades of aubergine, dewberry and plum. We even had the live oaks treated for oak wilt as they are key to the property and the value of the home. We swapped out the tasteless plastic mailbox for a more style appropriate one. We love the details. Next, we will do a new roof, new detached garage and rainwater collection system.
